Project Manager

• Maintain and update the portfolio roadmap, ensuring accuracy of project information across divisions
• Coordinate and schedule cross-functional planning sessions, including preparation meetings
• Track outstanding action items and ensure timely responses from business, IT, and finance stakeholders
• Manage prioritization matrix inputs and maintain the ROE data
• Support preparation for CPP cycles and Group submission deadlines
• Monitor and flag risks, gaps, and dependencies across the portfolio
• Maintain documentation and ensure version control across all roadmap and planning files
• Serve as a point of contact for day-to-day portfolio inquiries and reporting needs.

• 2-4 Years of Experience in internal communications, project management
• Project Management: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency with SharePoint, Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and Teams.

Experience with Adobe Campaign, Creative Cloud or Canva is a plus.
