Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in marketing and eCommerce to join our team in Los Angeles, California. This Contract-to-Permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with sales teams, creative professionals, and senior marketing leaders to drive impactful projects. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and skilled at managing fast-paced environments while ensuring clear communication and efficient delivery.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee and coordinate multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align project goals with business objectives
Manage expectations and navigate fast-paced environments to ensure seamless project execution
Guide creative teams by providing clear briefs and deliverables in partnership with the Senior Marketing Manager
Utilize eCommerce expertise to enhance project strategies and outcomes
Leverage tools such as Atlassian Jira and Agile Scrum methodologies to streamline workflows
Monitor budgets and resources, ensuring efficient allocation to meet project requirements
Implement and oversee cloud-based technologies and CRM systems to support project operations
Facilitate communication across teams to ensure clarity and alignment throughout project lifecycles
Analyze project performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, marketing, or a related field
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams and creative professionals
Strong understanding of eCommerce principles and strategies
Proficiency in tools such as Atlassian Jira, Agile Scrum methodologies, and cloud-based technologies
Experience with CRM and ERP systems
Exceptional organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively
Familiarity with briefing creative teams and delivering high-quality project outcomes.
