Job Responsibility:
Take ownership of the full project lifecycle – from feasibility studies to handover
Lead stakeholder meetings
Oversee risk management processes
Ensure health & safety protocols are met
Provide mentoring to junior team members
Drive the delivery of multiple concurrent schemes
Requirements:
Degree qualified in Construction/Project Management
Working towards or Chartered (RICS, CIOB, APM)
5+ years of project management experience
London consultancy experience preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and technical understanding
