Job Description:

A dynamic construction consultancy in Central London is looking to expand its team with a professional Project Manager. With a strong emphasis on healthcare and commercial schemes, this consultancy offers a clear pathway for career growth in project management. The Project Manager will be hands-on, client-facing, and focused on maintaining standards and meeting deliverables.

Job Responsibility:

Take ownership of the full project lifecycle – from feasibility studies to handover
Lead stakeholder meetings
Oversee risk management processes
Ensure health & safety protocols are met
Provide mentoring to junior team members
Drive the delivery of multiple concurrent schemes

Requirements:

Degree qualified in Construction/Project Management
Working towards or Chartered (RICS, CIOB, APM)
5+ years of project management experience
London consultancy experience preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and technical understanding
