Job Description:

A forward-thinking, London-based construction consultancy is seeking a confident and driven Project Manager to join their growing team. With a strong pipeline of projects across residential, commercial, fit-out, hotels, life sciences, and arts & heritage sectors, this is a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager eager to broaden their experience on varied and meaningful developments. This role would suit a Project Manager who thrives on variety and wants to contribute to some of London’s most exciting schemes.

Job Responsibility:

Supporting and leading project delivery from inception to completion
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
Maintaining programme, cost, and quality control measures
Contributing to client relationship management and business development initiatives

Requirements:

A relevant degree in construction, engineering, project management, architecture or surveying
Working towards or recently obtained professional accreditation such as MRICS, MCIOB, or MAPM
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive, solution-focused attitude and an eagerness to contribute to team success
Awareness of commercial acumen and client-facing responsibilities
