Job Description:

A well-established multidisciplinary consultancy based in Central London is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their expanding team. You'll be working on a variety of commercial, residential and education schemes across the capital, supporting high-profile developments from inception to completion.

Job Responsibility:

Full project lifecycle delivery from feasibility through to final handover
Managing budgets
Coordinating teams
Preparing reports
Maintaining strong client communication
Overseeing appointment of contractors and consultants
Chairing progress meetings
Providing leadership across design and construction stages

Requirements:

Degree qualified in a construction-related discipline
Ideally MRICS, MAPM or working towards chartership
Minimum 3+ years in a similar Project Manager role
Experience working on commercial, education or residential projects
Strong communication, organisational and client-facing skills

Nice to have:

MRICS, MAPM or working towards chartership
