Job Description:

A growing multidisciplinary consultancy based in Manchester is looking to appoint a Project Manager to support its expanding portfolio of work across the North. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Project Manager to join a vibrant and sociable team, delivering exciting projects across the residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors. Job Responsibility:

Overseeing the full project lifecycle from inception to completion
Managing project timelines, deliverables, budgets, and stakeholder communication
Identifying and addressing risks throughout
Forecasting and financial reporting across multiple projects

Requirements:

A relevant degree or equivalent experience
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management
Strong skills in planning, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
Experience with risk management and reporting
Residential or commercial sector experience is desirable
