Project Manager

• Lead and manage complex projects with a focus on Agile methodologies to ensure timely and efficient delivery
• serve as an Agile coach to guide teams and stakeholders in adopting and optimizing Agile practices
• oversee ERP implementation projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and successful deployment
• collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including IT and business units, to drive project goals
• act as a Scrum Master to facilitate effective sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
• partner with executive stakeholders to identify project priorities, manage risks, and communicate progress
• develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
• provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
• ensure alignment of project deliverables with organizational standards and compliance requirements
• conduct regular status updates and reports for senior leadership and stakeholders

• Proven experience in program management with a strong focus on Agile methodologies
• hands-on expertise as an Agile coach and Scrum Master in diverse project environments
• demonstrated success in managing ERP implementation projects (IFS ERP experience strongly preferred)
• strong leadership and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• excellent organizational and communication abilities to manage multiple priorities
• familiarity with machinery manufacturing industry processes is a plus
• ability to work onsite in Plymouth, Minnesota, three days a week, with flexibility for remote work if needed
• bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
