Job Description:

A Property Construction Consultancy in London is actively seeking to hire a Project Manager to join their growing team. The role involves overseeing high-end residential projects and restoration work while ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion.

Job Responsibility:

Working on high end residential projects and remedial works on CLT Building and historical library refurbishments
Monitoring the project’s safe management and completion in accordance with the client’s business practices and protocols
Working with contract teams, clients, and customers
Overseeing all phases of the building process
Ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget.

Requirements:

Degree level qualification within project management, construction management or equivalent (Desirable)
MRICS (Desirable)
Background within Quantity or Building Surveying skill set required
Project Management, construction consultancy experience
APM certified, Prince 2 or equivalent (desirable)
Demonstrable evidence of having managed a team.

Nice to have:

Degree level qualification within project management, construction management or equivalent
MRICS certification
APM certified, Prince 2 or equivalent.
