We are seeking an entry level Project Manager with 1-2 years of experience to oversee cross-functional projects from planning through execution. While prior experience managing software development teams is preferred, it is not required. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibility:
Assist project planning, execution, and delivery across teams
Track project progress, manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables
Develop and maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards
Prepare and deliver clear presentations to stakeholders and leadership
Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and drive resolution
Ensure consistent communication and alignment across all stakeholders
Requirements:
Strong proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Trello, Asana)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience with project tracking and reporting
Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams
Nice to have:
Previous experience managing software or technical project teams
Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
