  • Support the Workday ERP initiative by leading complex, cross-functional IT projects across enterprise business systems

Requirements

  • 5+ years of project management experience leading complex IT, ERP, or enterprise business system projects
  • Experience directing cross-functional teams across regional, operating unit, or system-level initiatives
  • Experience managing three or more concurrent projects with larger scope, budget, duration, or organizational impact
  • Experience developing project work plans, communication plans, risk plans, and issue resolution strategies
  • Proficiency in project management tools, standards, and PMI-aligned methodology
  • Ability to manage workflow redesign, metric development, measurement, and ROI analysis
  • Ability to assign project tasks and oversee Project Managers, Project Coordinators, and team deliverables
  • Strong independent PM capability with ability to keep discussions focused and manage smaller projects without close oversight
