Job Description

We are currently looking for Project Managers with French to join an international project delivered for a global marketing and communications group.. The system supports managing brand, campaign and client-related data across multiple agencies, providing structured workflows, role-based access and reporting dashboards. The application integrates with several internal systems and focuses on data consistency, scalability and security in a multi-organization environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Oversee the entire project Lifecycle from planning to delivery
  • Manage project Timeline
  • Maintain and monitor the RAID log to ensure proactive resolution
  • coordinate cross functional teams to ensure smooth collaboration
  • maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders
  • track progress and report on key milestones and performance indicators
  • ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and align with business objectives
  • coordinate UAT activities, including planning execution and issue tracking

Requirements

  • Oversee the full project lifecycle for a global enterprise marketing and communications platform
  • Manage project timelines and ensure all key milestones are delivered on time
  • Proactively maintain the RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) to resolve bottlenecks
  • Coordinate data management for brands, campaigns, and clients across multiple international agencies
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure smooth collaboration and technical alignment
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with global stakeholders
  • Track and report on project progress using key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Ensure the system meets high standards for scalability, security, and data consistency
  • Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, including issue tracking
