Job Responsibility

  • Oversee the application of project management methodology across all project phases, including design, scope management, cost control, quality, and performance reporting
  • Develop, track, and manage project budgets, plans, timelines, and scope
  • Manage project resources, including procuring staff, developing, motivating, coaching, and advising team members
  • Collaborate closely with functional project teams to define comprehensive business requirements
  • Lead development teams in delivering high-quality software solutions that align with business objectives
  • Define robust test plans and ensure products are defect-free prior to User Acceptance Testing
  • Facilitate the User Acceptance Testing process, developing effective rollout plans and procedures
  • Prepare and present detailed cost-benefit analyses to stakeholders
  • Ensure the utilization of appropriate systems development and project management processes
  • Deliver compelling presentations to steering committees and project sponsors

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or a related discipline
  • 5-7 years of proven project management experience
  • PMP or PMI certification
  • Demonstrated experience in people management and team-building
  • Proven ability to be flexible and adaptable, exercising sound judgment in changing environments and managing competing priorities effectively
  • Strong ability to quickly learn business processes and collaborate effectively with business partners at various organizational levels
  • Excellent risk assessment skills and the ability to apply management principles to technology applications/products and business functions
  • Experience delivering technology and business application solutions within large-scale, multi-platform systems environments
  • Experience supporting enterprise tools and platforms
  • Ability to independently own and drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and release activities
  • Comfortable working with development and project management platforms
  • Strong technical writing skills
  • Demonstrated consistent quality of work, transferable skills across multiple projects, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining full-time availability
