The goal of Digital Workplace (DW) is to make a significant and positive impact on the way Airbus employees work, collaborate and share information as well as providing a foundational step for the digital transformation of Airbus. This is achieved through the deployment and support of new tools and technologies enabling better cross functional collaboration, improved productivity, greater company integration, and improved transparency and more open and horizontal information exchange. A critical element required to achieve success for Digital Workplace (DW) is a clearly defined strategy supported by effective transformation plan and operational controls.
Job Responsibility:
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics in line with product and business strategy
Develop comprehensive roadmaps and manage interdependencies across multiple transformation initiatives
Oversee vendor and partner contributions to ensure alignment with project goals and contractual commitments
Ensure timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards
Collaborate with Group Managers to ensure accountability for execution at the product and PSL level
Partner with PSL Heads to ensure projects support PSL-specific goals while aligning with the global Digital Workplace vision
Work with HO Digital Workplace leadership to provide visibility, insights, and progress reporting at executive levels
Drive organizational adoption of new tools, processes, and ways of working
Build change management strategies to ensure user readiness, adoption, and long-term sustainability
Anticipate resistance, proactively manage conflicts, and ensure alignment across diverse stakeholder groups
Promote a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement
Identify risks and dependencies early, implementing mitigation strategies to minimize impact
Ensure projects comply with security, compliance, and data governance standards
Track and report project performance, benefits realization, and ROI against defined objectives
Implement structured feedback loops to measure user satisfaction and adoption
Requirements:
Bachelor/ Master Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or relevant field with 7-10 years of Project Management expertise
Experience in project/program management with a strong focus on transformation projects (preferably in Digital Workplace, IT Infrastructure, or large-scale enterprise transformation)
Deep understanding of global operating models and experience working across multi-cultural, geographically distributed teams
Proven ability to translate strategy into actionable delivery plans and mobilize resources effectively
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Hybrid, Waterfall) and tools (MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent)
Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, capable of engaging with senior executives
Solid expertise in change management, organizational readiness, and benefits realization frameworks
Ability to manage third-party suppliers and outsourcing partners in a collaborative yet performance-driven manner
Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, Agile/Scrum Master, or SAFe will be a strong advantage
