Project Manager (Transformação) - Junior

• Plan and control end-to-end complex projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and alignment with goals
• Actively manage multiple stakeholders, including senior profiles
• Prepare clear, structured, and decision-oriented reporting for C-level executives
• Identify risks, dependencies, and deviations early, with timely escalation
• Ensure disciplined execution, rigorous follow-up, and on-time delivery
• Produce executive presentations and status materials to a high standard

• 2-3 years of experience in project management or PMO within demanding and structured contexts
• Degree in Engineering (any specialty)
• Previous experience in consulting, Big 4, or large organizations managing complex programs
• Organized, analytical, and execution-oriented
• Strong communication skills, empathy, and ability to manage expectations
• Comfortable interacting with and reporting to senior management levels
