Project Manager - Technology Development & AI Initiatives

• Manage a portfolio of RET projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including business case and cost-benefit analyses, for various initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Engage in budget planning and cost management for all assigned projects, specifically including planning for the Regulatory Event Tracking system (RET)
• Implement robust tracking mechanisms for all project releases, coordinating with technology teams to ensure smooth and controlled deployments
• Prepare and present regular project status reports, key metrics, and risk assessments to senior management and relevant stakeholders
• Track the progress of all Artificial Intelligence (AI) initiatives and use cases, ensuring they remain on schedule and meet defined objectives
• Collaborate with AI development teams to understand technical progress, challenges, and requirements related to AI implementation within the program

• Minimum of 6+ years of experience in project management, preferably within a technology or financial services environment
• Demonstrated experience in managing complex technology projects, including budgeting, planning, and release tracking
• Proven understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts, including experience with or knowledge of AI/ML model development, implementation, or validation, with a focus on Generative AI, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and related techniques like RAG and prompt engineering
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical findings to diverse audiences, including senior management
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies quickly, particularly in the rapidly evolving AI landscape
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related quantitative field
