We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Manager - Team Lead to join our team in Boston, MA. This is a long-term contract position that offers the opportunity to work closely with business and technical teams to drive impactful solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to analyze and design business systems while maintaining effective communication between stakeholders.
Job Responsibility:
Analyze and design business systems to meet the needs of assigned user groups
Develop a comprehensive understanding of business and technical requirements
Collaborate with clients and technical teams to capture and document business needs
Create and manage business requirement documents to ensure clarity and accuracy
Facilitate the implementation of business systems, ensuring alignment with user expectations
Conduct system testing to verify functionality and performance
Serve as the liaison between business users and technical teams to streamline communication
Coordinate AB testing processes to validate system effectiveness
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for implemented systems
Ensure continuous improvement in business processes and systems
Requirements:
Proven experience in analyzing and designing business systems
Strong knowledge of business requirement documentation processes
Ability to effectively liaise between technical and business teams
Proficiency in coordinating system testing and AB testing
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with system implementation processes
Availability to work on-site, five days a week
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse stakeholders
