Job Description:

As a Project Manager Systems Junior at Banamex, you will specialize in integrations, ATS projects, and data migration. You will support configurations, develop migration processes, facilitate design review sessions, and provide client support during implementation phases. You will work in a collaborative and dynamic environment focused on creating quality, innovative solutions.

Job Responsibility:

Perform financial, statistical, and operational studies using analytical skills and data analysis tools
interpret data and results
apply project management to assist operational projects
perform feasibility analysis for process changes and develop process improvement solutions
resolve complex issues using professional judgment and expertise
provide informal guidance and training to team members
assess risk in decision-making
collaborate with teams to configure tools, develop implementations, and migrate data.

Requirements:

2-5 years of relevant experience
proficient in Microsoft Office
high-level knowledge of related industry standards and practices
ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
self-motivated and detail oriented
proven organization and time management skills
demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
advanced English
experience in projects focused on implementation, systems reengineering, and data migration, ideally in HR modules such as Workday, SAP, ServiceNow, SAP, Oracle, CRM, ATS
ideal Scrum Master, agile methodology.

Nice to have:

Scrum Master certification
experience with agile methodology.
