Job Responsibility

Act as the key steward for the in-house HR system and other related HR applications, ensuring their smooth operation, optimization, and alignment with organizational goals
Drive system enhancement and optimization projects to improve the efficiency and capability of global HR teams
Collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors to implement system upgrades and enhancements
Translate business needs into functional system requirements and ensure proper configuration
Support and coordinate HR system-related projects, including rollout, user testing, and documentation
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data across all systems
Generate and analyze HR reports to support data-driven decision-making and compliance requirements
Provide ongoing guidance, training, and support to HR users and employees on system usage
Ensure all HR systems comply with internal policies and external regulations, monitoring data privacy and security protocols
