Job Description

This long-term contract position offers the opportunity to lead complex projects, drive alignment across teams, and ensure successful outcomes within dynamic environments. The specific projects supported will revolve around Treasury and Inventory. Experience with financial systems is key.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead project mobilization activities, including finalizing contracts, vendor selection, and validating objectives and scope boundaries
  • Develop and manage detailed workback schedules that integrate business readiness, technology delivery, and change management tasks
  • Facilitate cross-functional alignment by resolving ambiguity, driving stakeholder engagement, and ensuring clarity in project goals
  • Identify and address resource constraints, dependencies, and critical paths to maintain project momentum and avoid delays
  • Define and refine delivery approaches, including phasing, release strategies, and milestone planning, while adapting to new information
  • Establish entry and exit criteria for major phases to ensure seamless transitions and accountability
  • Coordinate with core and extended teams to validate assumptions, set planning parameters, and identify key stakeholders
  • Utilize tools like Smartsheet and Microsoft Office to develop comprehensive project plans and maintain accurate documentation

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in formal project management methodologies, including Agile and Scrum practices
