Job Description

The Business Protect Project Management Team is responsible for managing and leading global projects to ensure the continuous availability of our products across all Coloplast production sites. Our projects typically address areas such as supply disruptions, regulatory compliance, and production-related quality issues. Our Hungarian team consists of 24 members, and we are part of a global organization with sites in Denmark, Hungary, Costa Rica, and China.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and manage global projects from the Tatabánya site in collaboration with the Danish headquarters and local production sites
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and according to budget and resource plans
  • Lead the project team throughout the project lifecycle
  • Contribute to the improvement of SVS Project Management processes
  • Achieve the key performance indicators (KPIs) set by management.

Requirements

  • College or university degree
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both your native language and English
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Relevant background with a structured, analytical approach to problem-solving and a holistic perspective
  • Experience in project management and lean methodologies
  • Experience working with international companies
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Willingness to travel approximately 20 days per year
  • Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and a cooperative working style.

Nice to have

  • Some experience in managing international, cross-functional, and cross-cultural projects
  • Knowledge of quality and supply chain processes
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Experience with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards
  • Familiarity with MS Project is preferred.

  • Predict resources needed to reach objectives in an effective and efficient manner
