Job Description

As part of our growth, we are hiring an intern in the COO Office, that will actively contribute to the management and optimization of Nordex's projects while gaining hands-on experience in operations and cross-functional collaboration within a dynamic, international environment in the Operations Strategy & Projects Team.

Job Responsibility

  • Translate business requirements into IT solutions, ensuring projects align with strategic objectives and deliver measurable value
  • Identify opportunities for the projects to drive business growth, efficiency, and innovation
  • Control and reporting of the performance´s indicators defined by the COO Office
  • Monitor and control budgets for operations, ensuring alignment with financial targets
  • Analyze cost structures, identify variances, and propose corrective actions to optimize project profitability
  • Prepare financial reports and dashboards for senior management, highlighting key KPIs and risks
  • Prepare operations performance reports
  • Contribute to data cleansing and harmonization in Excel and PowerBI

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration and Data Science
  • Power BI and Excel Specialist
  • High level of English (C1)
