We are currently looking for a Strategy and M&A Project Manager to join our Strategy and M&A team, based in Athens. By joining this role, you will play a vital part in shaping the company’s strategic direction at a global level—leading complex transactions, managing cross-functional teams, and engaging with senior leadership and key external stakeholders.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the evaluation and execution of diverse transactions, including investments, M&A deals, and PPPs/concessions
  • Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to assess industry trends, competitive dynamics, and growth opportunities
  • Coordinate transaction workstreams across due diligence, legal, valuation, accounting, and tax processes, ensuring timely execution
  • Develop and maintain financial models to assess transactions and present key valuation metrics and insights
  • Identify and assess business and investment risks, offering mitigation strategies and recommendations
  • Lead or support due diligence efforts, analyzing financial, technical, legal, and commercial data
  • Recommend financial tools and structures to support sustainable investment financing
  • Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional and external teams to ensure successful transaction execution

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Economics, or Mathematics, with a strong academic record
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in corporate finance or consulting roles
  • Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and VBA
