Project Manager/Sr. Consultant

• Handle and efficiently process customer credit applications
• Keep customer credit records up to date and accurate
• Monitor customer accounts and initiate appropriate action when necessary
• Effectively collaborate across all departments and levels within the organization
• Maintain a strong focus on meeting deadlines while managing multiple projects
• Translate complex technical features into understandable benefits and selling points
• Adapt to an ever-changing market and a rapidly expanding customer base
• Use a range of CRM tools to manage customer relationships and sales funnels
• Generate and close sales proposals to drive revenue growth
• Utilize excellent presentation and facilitation skills to engage with groups and individuals
• Prioritize and organize workflow to ensure company efficiency and productivity standards are met
• Leverage your knowledge in Private Equity and Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) to deliver superior results

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Telecom Services industry
• Proven track record as a Project Manager or Senior Consultant
• Proficiency in Unified communications as a service (UCAAS)
• Sound knowledge and experience in Private Equity
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• High degree of adaptability to work in a rapidly changing environment
• Proficient in project management software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Business, or a related field
• Relevant detail oriented certifications would be an advantage
• Willingness to travel for project needs
