Project Manager/Sr. Consultant

• Manage the full lifecycle of supply chain system implementation projects, ensuring goals, timelines, and deliverables are met
• coordinate and guide cross-functional teams to maintain alignment and efficiency throughout the project
• oversee change management initiatives, fostering smooth transitions for stakeholders
• analyze business requirements and prioritize tasks to ensure project scope remains focused and achievable
• provide strategic direction while managing daily project activities and addressing challenges
• collaborate with internal teams and external partners to achieve successful project outcomes
• monitor project budgets, timelines, and risks, ensuring adherence to agreed-upon plans
• lead stakeholder communication efforts, delivering updates and addressing concerns proactively
• optimize processes and system configurations for improved performance
• ensure compliance with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies as required.

• Extensive experience in project management, particularly in supply chain environments
• demonstrated success managing large-scale system implementations, including platforms like Blue Yonder or Lagility
• strong knowledge of change management strategies and stakeholder engagement
• exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• familiarity with ERP systems and process optimization
• PMP certification or similar project management credentials
• experience with Agile Scrum methodologies and hybrid approaches
• preferred familiarity with Conaxis, Blue Yonder, or Lagility platforms.
