Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager/Sr. Consultant to lead and oversee critical initiatives within our organization. This role requires a strong background in project management methodologies and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Job Responsibility:

Manage complex IT and business projects using Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
Oversee project scope, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to organizational goals
Implement change management strategies to support seamless transitions and stakeholder alignment
Facilitate regular team meetings and ensure effective communication across all project phases
Monitor project risks and develop mitigation plans to address potential challenges
Coordinate resources and allocate tasks to ensure project deliverables are completed on time
Track financial performance and manage budget processes to optimize project outcomes
Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment
Prepare detailed project documentation and reports for stakeholders
Engage with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment with project objectives

Requirements:

Proven experience in formal project management, preferably in IT and business environments
Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
Strong knowledge of change management practices and their application
Ability to manage budgets and financial processes effectively
Excellent leadership and team coordination skills
Solid understanding of cloud and Cisco technologies
Exceptional communication and organizational abilities
Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) is highly desirable
