Project Manager/Sr. Consultant

• Direct project activities across the full lifecycle, from early scope definition and planning through execution, tracking, and closeout
• Build and maintain detailed project roadmaps that outline timelines, milestones, task dependencies, resource needs, and key deliverables
• Coordinate cross-functional teams on day-to-day priorities to keep work moving forward and ensure commitments are met
• Facilitate project meetings, stakeholder discussions, and decision-making sessions that support progress and accountability
• Produce and update core project records such as charters, schedules, status documentation, approval materials, and issue logs
• Track performance against deadlines and deliverables, identify emerging risks or obstacles, and recommend practical corrective actions
• Prepare clear status updates, dashboards, and project communications for leadership and other stakeholders
• Partner with department leaders and team members to strengthen collaboration and promote consistent project management practices
• Apply appropriate delivery approaches, including Agile or Waterfall methods, based on project needs and team structure

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management Information Systems, or a related discipline
• At least 5 years of project management experience, preferably leading small to mid-sized initiatives
• Minimum of 2 years of leadership, team coordination, or supervisory experience
• Solid understanding of project delivery frameworks, tools, and governance practices
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement abilities across technical and non-technical groups
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and changing environment
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Experience with Agile/Scrum, IT project management tools such as Jira, and PMP certification is highly valued
