Job Description:

This Contract to permanent position offers the opportunity to lead strategic initiatives focused on enhancing member engagement and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will collaborate across departments to deliver impactful solutions while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Job Responsibility:

  • Act as the business lead for the phased development of the member engagement operational data platform, ensuring alignment with strategic needs and organizational priorities
  • Oversee project interdependencies, coordinating with vendors and partners to support seamless implementation phases
  • Represent and prioritize business use cases across teams, providing clear communication on rationale behind decisions to stakeholders
  • Design and implement future-focused consumer engagement enablement projects to advance strategic objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data flow and ensure seamless operation across engagement platforms
  • Evaluate emerging tools, such as AI and personalization engines, for scalability and relevance to member engagement strategies
  • Support omni-channel communication orchestration and analytics platform integration to enhance member programs and initiatives
  • Partner with enterprise technology teams to scope, design, and manage the infrastructure for consumer engagement capabilities
  • Lead efforts to ensure operational data aligns with clinical, service, marketing, and analytics requirements
  • Monitor and report on project performance to drive measurable impacts and improvements

Requirements:

  • Proven expertise in Agile Scrum methodologies and practices
  • PMP Certification required
  • Extensive experience in IT project management, including infrastructure design and implementation
  • Strong ability to utilize Atlassian Jira for project tracking and collaboration
  • Excellent communication skills to coordinate across diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple interdependencies
  • Familiarity with advanced tools such as AI and personalization engines for strategic scalability
  • Solid understanding of omni-channel communication and data integration processes
