We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Project Manager/Sr. Consultant to lead and coordinate multiple software development and implementation projects. This role requires exceptional organizational skills and the ability to handle 10–20 simultaneous projects of varying complexity. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excel at cross-functional collaboration, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.
Job Responsibility:
Manage and oversee a portfolio of 10–20 active software development and implementation projects, ensuring alignment with business goals
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements to set clear expectations
Monitor project progress, address risks proactively, and implement effective solutions to maintain project schedules
Facilitate regular meetings to provide updates, resolve issues, and communicate with stakeholders effectively
Maintain detailed project documentation, including schedules, reports, and progress metrics
Ensure all projects are completed within scope, deadlines, and budget constraints
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline project workflows and improve processes
Support the development and adoption of project management best practices across the organization
Provide weekly reports to management, detailing project statuses and any exceptions
Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing overall project efficiency
Requirements:
Minimum of 3–5 years of project management experience, ideally within software development or technology settings
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, balancing priorities in a dynamic environment
Familiarity with software development methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills to manage teams effectively
Proficiency in using project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or Project
Solid understanding of risk management and mitigation strategies
Project Management certification (e.g., PMP or equivalent) is preferred
Experience working with cross-functional technical teams and full-scale software implementation projects
