Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager/Sr. Consultant to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. This dynamic role involves overseeing complex construction projects, ensuring they are completed within designated timelines and budgets, and maintaining high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders effectively.

Job Responsibility:

  • Direct and oversee project activities to ensure goals are met within established timeframes and budgets
  • Monitor and manage project schedules and costs, ensuring financial performance aligns with objectives
  • Implement project plans with a strong focus on safety and quality standards
  • Lead communication and collaboration efforts with subcontractors, vendors, and trade partners to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering productivity and effective teamwork
  • Analyze and mitigate risks to maintain project momentum and prevent delays
  • Support proposal efforts and contribute to securing new projects for the organization
  • Collaborate with project superintendents to deliver high-quality workmanship
  • Address customer needs and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Utilize project management software to effectively plan, execute, and track project progress

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience managing construction projects from start to finish
  • Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6, Procore, and Autodesk Construction Cloud
  • Strong leadership abilities and excellent communication skills to manage diverse teams
  • Proven expertise in budgeting, cost control, and forecasting for construction projects
  • Ability to identify risks and develop effective mitigation strategies

Nice to have:

  • Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) is preferred
  • Familiarity with Agile Scrum and Atlassian Jira is a plus
