Job Description:

We are seeking a Project Manager/Sr. Consultant to join our team based in an undisclosed location. The role is centered around managing large-scale projects, ensuring all requirements are fulfilled, and that they are completed within the allocated budget and timeline. You will be tasked with understanding client needs, proposing solutions, and setting performance objectives. This role provides an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to our ongoing expansion.

Job Responsibility:

  • Addressing customer inquiries and monitoring customer accounts
  • Managing large, complex projects to ensure client requirements are met on time and within budget
  • Understanding client needs and proposing suitable solutions
  • Setting objectives and performance goals, and preparing project plans
  • Evaluating, analyzing, prioritizing, and assigning requests for information technology-related projects
  • Facilitating procurement and delivery processes, client meetings, and end-user testing
  • Approving final acceptance of project deliverables and ensuring project plans comply with standards
  • Identifying strategies to improve project performance
  • Assisting in Information Technology management, strategic plan development, and budget preparation
  • Participating in detail oriented group meetings, conferences, seminars, and training to stay updated with new trends and innovations in the field of computer technology
  • Researching and evaluating software, hardware, and technology products and trends

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in using Atlassian Jira
  • Knowledge and experience with Cisco Technologies
  • Familiarity with Cloud Technologies
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
  • Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
  • Experience with About Time software
