Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager/Sr. Consultant to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. This role involves leading IT initiatives, collaborating with clients and technical teams, and delivering innovative solutions to meet business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a passion for driving success through strategic planning, technical expertise, and effective communication.

Job Responsibility:

  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to analyze business needs and technical requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
  • Offer expert advice on utilizing technology to enhance business performance and operational efficiency
  • Lead IT projects and initiatives, coordinating with technical teams to ensure successful execution
  • Develop and implement solutions that adhere to industry standards and best practices
  • Build strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and fostering ongoing collaboration
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with diverse audiences, tailoring messages to suit technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Monitor and maintain existing systems while identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization
  • Apply structured problem-solving techniques to address challenges and deliver impactful results
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends to continuously enhance project outcomes
  • Perform additional tasks as needed to support team and project success

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience working in large to enterprise level IT environments
  • 4 or more years of hands on experience with Microsoft Windows Server & VMware technologies
  • Experience in systems / infrastructure administration or IT leadership role a plus
  • Detail oriented with the ability to successfully multi-task

Nice to have:

  • Certifications in the following areas: MCSA
  • Microsoft Cloud Stack (Fundamental or advanced)
  • VCP
  • CCNP / CCNA
  • Security Certifications
  • Passion for learning new technologies out of current comfort zone
