Project Manager/Sr. Consultant

• Manage and oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes
• Facilitate clear and effective communication between stakeholders, team members, and clients
• Utilize bilingual Spanish skills to bridge language gaps and enhance collaboration
• Coordinate resources and workflows to optimize project efficiency

• Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successful project delivery
• Fluency in both Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with AS400 systems and their application in project settings
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional interpersonal skills for building relationships and managing stakeholder expectations
• Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field is preferred

Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus
