Project Manager/Sr. Consultant

• Lead and manage projects using Agile Scrum methodologies to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business objectives
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets to meet organizational goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks, resolve issues, and promote effective communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Utilize Atlassian Jira to track project progress, manage tasks, and monitor team performance
• Facilitate regular team meetings, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and stand-ups, to maintain project momentum
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for project management
• Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering an environment of collaboration and growth
• Conduct detailed reporting and documentation to communicate project status and milestones to stakeholders
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring project alignment with strategic goals

• Proven experience in Agile Scrum methodologies, with a strong understanding of its principles and practices
• PMP Certification or equivalent project management credentials
• Demonstrated expertise in IT project management, including software development or system integration
• Proficiency in using Atlassian Jira for task management and project tracking
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide teams and manage stakeholder relationships
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities to ensure project transparency and alignment
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Familiarity with energy or natural resources industry is a plus
