Project Manager/Sr. Consultant

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope, utilizing Agile Scrum methodologies
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and documentation to ensure clarity and alignment
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and establish priorities
• Manage risks and challenges effectively, providing solutions to keep projects on track
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Utilize Atlassian Jira to track progress, manage tasks, and report on project metrics
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational guidelines throughout the project lifecycle
• Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive environment
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns
• Oversee resource allocation and monitor budgets to optimize project outcomes

• Proven experience in project management within IT or related fields
• Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies and practices
• PMP Certification or equivalent project management credentials
• Proficiency in using Atlassian Jira for project tracking and reporting
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• Demonstrated ability to manage risks and resolve conflicts
