Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Project Manager/Sr. Consultant to join our team on a long-term contract basis. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in IT project management, particularly with implementing CargoWise systems, and demonstrate a proven ability to lead complex projects. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills to ensure successful project delivery.

Job Responsibility

  • Oversee the end-to-end implementation of CargoWise systems, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines
  • Collaborate closely with C-Suite executives and System Architects to define project scope and deliverables
  • Utilize Agile Scrum methodologies to manage project workflows and optimize team performance
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and objectives
  • Manage risks, budgets, and project schedules to ensure successful outcomes
  • Provide expertise in the Warehouse module and transit operations, contributing to seamless system integrations
  • Facilitate regular status meetings and provide clear updates to stakeholders at all levels
  • Develop and implement strategies to address challenges during software implementations
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience as an IT Project Manager, with a strong background in system implementations
  • Proven expertise in CargoWise implementation, including familiarity with the Warehouse module and transit operations
  • Proficiency in Agile Scrum methodologies and IT project management practices
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with C-Suite stakeholders
