Direct full lifecycle Odoo implementation projects, overseeing planning, execution, deployment, and post-launch support
Build and maintain detailed project roadmaps that outline timelines, milestones, budgets, resource needs, and key deliverables
Partner with business leaders and technical teams to clarify objectives, document scope, and translate desired outcomes into actionable plans
Lead project meetings, stakeholder workshops, and status reviews to drive decisions, resolve blockers, and maintain alignment
Monitor project risks, issues, and change requests, and take corrective action to protect schedule, cost, and quality targets
Coordinate process analysis, workflow improvement efforts, and system-related activities such as testing, configuration, data migration, and integrations
Oversee the work of internal staff and external consultants, assigning priorities, tracking progress, and reinforcing accountability across the team
Support user readiness through training coordination, documentation development, go-live preparation, and change management activities
Prepare executive-facing updates on implementation performance, budget status, key metrics, and opportunities for ongoing improvement.
Requirements
Demonstrated experience managing software implementation or ERP-related projects in a business environment
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile Scrum practices
Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders at multiple organizational levels
Hands-on experience with Odoo implementations or closely related enterprise platforms
Solid understanding of scope management, budgeting, scheduling, risk control, and resource planning
PMP certification or comparable project management credential is strongly preferred
Ability to interpret business processes and align system capabilities with operational requirements.
