Project Manager/Sr. Consultant

• Lead and oversee several concurrent projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives
• Manage technical and functional aspects of projects, including data platform development and modernization efforts
• Coordinate the implementation of catastrophe data tools to support underwriting processes and pricing strategies
• Supervise the update and enhancement of modeling systems, working closely with external vendors
• Address challenges related to large-scale data sets and hardware capacity, ensuring optimal storage and accessibility
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scopes, goals, and deliverables
• Utilize Agile Scrum methodologies to drive project progress and maintain team engagement
• Monitor project performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders and ensuring adherence to timelines
• Leverage Atlassian Jira for task tracking, workflow management, and reporting
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project outcomes

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in enterprise-level IT project management
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Strong familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies and tools
• Experience with Atlassian Jira for project tracking and management
• Background in the insurance industry, with knowledge of technical workflows
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate with diverse teams
• Availability to work in a hybrid schedule, with onsite presence in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin, as needed

PMP certification is preferred but not required
