Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager/Sr. Consultant to oversee large-scale technology initiatives in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This Long-term Contract position will support complex programs spanning cybersecurity, infrastructure, and emerging AI-focused efforts within a dynamic enterprise setting. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, disciplined execution, and the ability to align cross-functional teams around critical business priorities.

Job Responsibility

  • Direct the planning and execution of enterprise projects involving cybersecurity, infrastructure, and AI-related initiatives from kickoff through completion
  • Oversee several high-visibility workstreams at the same time while maintaining focus on deadlines, quality standards, and business objectives
  • Monitor project scope, schedules, budgets, and risks, and provide clear updates to stakeholders and leadership teams
  • Establish order and accountability across complex projects by defining priorities, coordinating resources, and resolving delivery challenges
  • Partner with technical teams, business leaders, and external stakeholders to support smooth project execution and decision-making
  • Facilitate status meetings, track action items, and ensure issues are escalated and addressed in a timely manner
  • Contribute to initiatives connected to ServiceNow programs when applicable and help maintain alignment across related project activities

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience leading IT or enterprise project management engagements
  • Proven success managing large-scale programs in complex enterprise environments
  • Hands-on experience delivering projects related to cybersecurity, infrastructure, or both
  • Strong ability to manage stakeholders, drive execution, and keep multiple priorities moving forward effectively
  • Working knowledge of Agile delivery practices and project tracking tools such as Jira
  • Familiarity with AI or GenAI-related initiatives is valued
  • PMP, Agile, or similar project management certification is preferred
  • Financial /Budget management preferred
  • ServiceNow project experience is a plus
