Job Description

The role is responsible for the operational delivery and compliance of Power & HVAC projects. The Project Manager will work with internal and external stakeholders to provide quotes, build delivery plans, select appropriate plant equipment, oversee execution of installation, and ensure that ongoing maintenance plans are executed.

Job Responsibility

  • Work with Sales staff and Power & HVAC resources to effectively design & price scopes of project work
  • Quote and/or review quotations for the installation and maintenance of Power & HVAC systems
  • Attend site meetings and liaise with stakeholders to ensure effective design, logistics, installation, and maintenance programming of Power & HVAC systems
  • Partnering with Sales and Product Specialists to scope, quote and win complex projects
  • Leading site engagement, working closely with customers and stakeholders to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Managing project delivery against budget, timelines, KPIs and profitability targets
  • Driving fleet utilisation and performance, selecting the right equipment for each project

Requirements

  • Strong experience in Solar, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), Power Generation and/or HVAC projects, ideally within construction, industrial or hire environments
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-site projects from concept to delivery
  • Demonstrated experience in project management, sales and operations leadership
  • The ability to build and lead high-performing teams across diverse environments
  • Commercial acumen, including experience managing budgets, P&L and project profitability
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to travel regularly to regional NSW areas
  • Qualifications such as a Business Management Degree or Diploma in Project Management are desirable
