Job Description

We are seeking a Project Manager who will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering software development projects in line with agreed scope, quality, timeline, and budget. Working within established PMO standards and best practices, the role supports the successful execution of projects while ensuring strong stakeholder communication, effective risk management, and alignment with business objectives. As part of the Delivery Excellence team, the Project Manager will collaborate closely with engineering, QA, product, and business teams to drive delivery excellence and ensure smooth project execution.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of assigned software development projects
  • Work with business stakeholder and technical leads to define project proposals, scope, objectives, and success criteria
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, resource plans
  • Facilitate project kick-off meetings and client project meetings
  • Coordinate day-to-day project activities across development, QA and other supporting teams
  • Track progress against plan
  • Manage change requests, timelines, status updates and project costs
  • Coordinate project activities across cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
  • Monitor progress, manage dependencies, and address risks, issues, and blockers proactively
  • Support change control by assessing the impact of scope, timeline, and cost changes
  • Maintain clear and regular communication with stakeholders, providing timely updates and escalating where necessary
  • Ensure project documentation is accurate, complete, and aligned with PMO processes and standards
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying lessons learned and supporting process enhancements
  • Build strong, transparent relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, engineering teams, and clients

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field
  • 3+ years of proven experience in project management, preferably within software development or IT environments
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc) and tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, etc)
  • Proven experience managing software development or IT projects
  • Good financial acumen in budgeting, forecasting, and project cost control
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
  • Proven leadership, people management, and negotiation abilities
