Our technology client in Los Angeles is seeking a hands-on Smartsheet expert to create automated, end-to-end workflows that improve efficiency, reporting and visibility across teams. This role focuses on building scalable Smartsheet solutions using automation, dashboards and advanced reporting capabilities.
Job Responsibility:
Build and optimize end-to-end Smartsheet workflows from intake through reporting
Configure automations including alerts, approvals, reminders and conditional logic
Create executive-ready dashboards and real-time reporting
Develop cross-sheet formulas, reports and data rollups
Partner with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions
Troubleshoot and improve existing Smartsheet implementations
Document workflows and provide light user guidance
Requirements:
3+ years of hands-on Smartsheet experience
Expert knowledge of Smartsheet automation, dashboards and reporting
Proven experience building workflow-driven solutions
Strong understanding of permissions, sharing models and governance
Ability to work independently in a contract environment
Clear communicator with both technical and non-technical partners
Nice to have:
Smartsheet certifications
Experience with integrations such as Jira, Microsoft 365 or Salesforce
Background supporting PMO, operations or large-scale programs
