Job Description:

The company specializes in the fabrication and installation of aluminium glazing, glass products, and facade systems for residential and commercial projects. The role involves managing projects, collaborating with architects and engineers, and ensuring timely and within-budget project delivery.

Job Responsibility:

Collaborate with architects and engineers to comprehend project details and requirements
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to address construction-related matters
Resolve technical and on-site issues that arise during the construction phase
Implement risk management strategies to mitigate project risks
Participate in meetings with clients, architects, and consultants
Optimize resource utilization to achieve the best outcomes
Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within the defined scope and budget
Prepare accurate and comprehensive reports on project status
Assist in the preparation of project closeout documents, including progress reports, issue logs, and recommendations
Perform any other job responsibilities assigned by management as required

Requirements:

At least 8 years of experience in construction site supervision and site documentation
Good knowledge of construction methods, practices, and techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to read plans, and specifications
Good leadership and decision-making skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
