Direct experience as a Project Manager or Site Manager on at least one recent Amazon facility project (must be listed on resume)
Strong background in construction, mechanical systems, or automation project management
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Familiar with collaboration platforms: Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Slack
Working knowledge of Amazon’s RME (Reliability, Maintenance, Engineering) Program is highly preferred
Strong communication skills—daily reporting and coordination is a critical function
Self-sufficient and able to lead projects with minimal supervision after onboarding
Pass initial screening and technical interview
Complete virtual interview with VP via Microsoft Teams
Pass a 10-panel drug test and criminal background check (no felonies, theft, or violent offenses)

Job Responsibility

Manage day-to-day operations for conveyor retrofit projects at Amazon sites
Ensure compliance with Amazon safety procedures, reporting standards, and operational protocols
Submit daily progress reports and coordinate communication across all project stakeholders
Monitor and log inbound shipments, materials, and site deliveries
Track and manage change orders and schedule modifications
Serve as the primary on-site liaison between all teams and contractors
Maintain documentation using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Facilitate virtual communication through Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Slack
Supervise a dedicated administrative assistant (2:1 PM to Admin ratio)
