Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a high-profile global outsourcing programme, taking the organisation from RFI/RFP through to implementation. This role requires a delivery-focused PM with strong governance, stakeholder management, and experience operating in complex, international environments.

Job Responsibility

  • End-to-end project ownership, from initiation through delivery and handover to BAU
  • Leading and coordinating RFI and RFP processes, including vendor engagement and evaluation
  • Developing and maintaining project plans, budgets, RAID logs, and delivery governance
  • Managing multiple workstreams across global teams, time zones, and suppliers
  • Driving clear decision-making through senior stakeholders and steering committees
  • Proactively identifying and mitigating risks, dependencies, and delivery constraints
  • Ensuring a controlled transition into operational service

Requirements

  • Strong background as a Project Manager delivering complex change programmes
  • Previous experience delivering outsourcing initiatives (ideally IT or service-based)
  • Proven experience working in global, multi-region environments
  • Confidence running formal procurement and supplier selection processes
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills at all levels
  • Structured, pragmatic approach to delivery with a focus on outcomes

  • Manage and monitor Service Desk performance against defined KPIs and SLAs, using data-driven insights to identify trends, address gaps, and ensure high-quality service delivery
