Job Description

We are looking for an experienced professional who can confidently manage the full lifecycle of complex software projects, drive Agile processes, and effectively coordinate and motivate cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in IT project management
  • Solid understanding of Agile frameworks and hands-on experience running Agile ceremonies and processes
  • Proven experience managing teams, budgets, timelines, and project risks on mid-to-large engagements
  • Strong skills in coordinating distributed and cross-functional teams
  • Strong practical experience with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher

Nice to have

  • Agile-related certifications (Scrum, Kanban), PMI
  • Familiarity with scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, SoS)
  • Experience with additional project or product management tools
