Job Responsibility:
Lead complex technical assignments: due diligence, technical advisory, performance monitoring reports for different stakeholders such as Lenders, Sponsors or Owners
Participate, as an active member with previous experience on design review and supervise design review processes
Manage the entire project life cycle, from sales up to closure capturing and disseminating lessons learned
Project Execution tasks in various projects and stages from sales proposal to execution projects
Working side by side with project teams in a leadership position to execute project duties including: due diligences
lender and owner’s engineering
contractor’s engineering
engineering advisory service
various coordination tasks
Requirements:
University degree in Electrical/Energetic Engineering
Fluent in both English and Italian
Solid knowledge in electrical power systems for renewables (BESS and solar), HV substations and transmission lines, grid codes and energy markets
Ability to learn and use engineering software tools (i.e. AutoCAD, EPLAN)
Ability to perform simple economic models and write professional technical reports
At least 5-10 years of professional experience within renewable energy context (BESS and PV) with an EPC Contractor, Developer, Utility, IPP or consulting company in a technical or project execution role
Skilled at structuring unclear situations and client problems into actionable tasks and projects
Proactive decision-maker who can work on own initiative without daily mentoring
Good communicator able to reduce complex issues to understandable arguments for top management and colleagues from different cultural backgrounds
Structured and articulate writing and presentation skills in business English and Italian
Accustomed to working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
No objections to traveling
For foreign nationals: Must hold a B2 Italian language certification, a valid work‑related residence permit (if applicable), a tax identification number (codice fiscale), and a health insurance card (tessera sanitaria)
