Project Manager/Senior Consultant

• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring their successful execution from initiation to completion
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation to track progress, risks, and deliverables
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including a cybersecurity team of 25-30 members, to ensure alignment and project success
• Utilize Agile and Waterfall methodologies depending on project requirements and audience
• Optimize project management tools and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Manage sensitive projects that impact a large user base, including end users and sales teams
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment of project goals
• Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates to leadership on project progress
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes
• Leverage the latest tools and technologies to streamline project workflows

• Proven experience in managing IT projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Strong knowledge of project management practices with a PMP certification preferred
• Proficiency in using project management tools, such as Atlassian Jira
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills to coordinate with diverse teams
• Demonstrated ability to optimize workflows and implement best practices
• Experience working on projects impacting large user groups or sensitive business areas

Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts and practices is a plus
