Project Manager/Senior Consultant

• Lead the design and development of comprehensive curriculum materials for advanced manufacturing and industrial maintenance technician courses
• Work collaboratively with analysts and developers to transform design concepts into ready-to-use instructional packages
• Develop course materials such as job aids, task lists, and classroom resources to support effective learning experiences
• Ensure curriculum aligns with industry standards and addresses the needs of learners preparing for careers in advanced manufacturing
• Utilize tools like Google Slides, Google Docs, and Articulate 360 to create high-quality instructional content
• Incorporate practical applications such as programmable logic controllers, variable frequency drives, power distribution systems, and conveyor belts into the curriculum
• Provide insights and expertise in instructional design within the tech and manufacturing sectors
• Occasionally meet with clients to gather feedback and refine curriculum based on their requirements
• Collaborate with leadership, including the Vice President and Director of Advanced Manufacturing, to align deliverables with organizational goals
• Explore innovative technologies such as augmented reality to enhance the learning experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or related fields
• Proficiency in designing instructional materials for technical and manufacturing industries
• Familiarity with tools such as Articulate 360, Google Docs, and Google Slides
• Strong understanding of advanced manufacturing technology, including Allen Bradley equipment and Siemens systems
• Knowledge of industrial processes involving programmable logic controllers, conveyor belts, cooling towers, and shaft alignments
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with teams
• Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results

Experience with augmented reality applications is a plus
