Job Responsibility:
Lead and manage both design and construction schedules, ensuring alignment with client expectations, timelines and specifications
Deliver projects from concept through to handover, managing scope, risk, financials, and reporting
Oversee multiple concurrent projects across the full lifecycle
Collaborate with our Regional Leads and Program Director to report on project progress and milestones
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years' experience in a project management role
Experience working across complex stakeholder environments and managing competing priorities
Strong documentation, report writing, and presentation skills
The ability to assess contractor documentation, including payment and variation claims and extensions of time (EoTs)
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
A relevant tertiary qualification or experience
Be an Australian Citizen and eligible for security clearance as determined by the Australian Government Security Vetting Agency (AGSVA)
