Job Responsibility:

  • Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and guide SAP technical teams (Basis, Developers, Functional)
  • Project Management: Oversee SAP implementation, upgrade, and migration projects from planning to delivery, managing timelines, budgets, and resources
  • Solution Design: Provide technical expertise for designing and enhancing SAP solutions to meet business needs
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with business units, leadership, and external partners, managing expectations and aligning technical strategy
  • Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement, defining standards, procedures, and best practices for SAP operations
  • Risk & Compliance: Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and industry regulations
  • Technical Oversight: Ensure proper configuration, performance tuning, monitoring, security, and maintenance (patching, backups) of SAP systems (ECC-ON Prem, S/4HANA)

Requirements:

  • B Tech or M Tech or MCA
  • 12-14 years of hands-on experience in SAP Implantation/AMS Project
  • Strong knowledge of RICEF objects
  • Good hands-on Experience in OOPs programming
  • Strong understanding of enhancement framework in SAP
  • Hand on experience around ABAP on HANA, Output Management and OData/Gateway
  • Good functional understanding on multiple modules i.e. MM/PP/QM and should have the ability to propose technical solutions as and when required
  • Implementation knowledge of standard and custom Fiori App (UI5)
  • Good understanding of Agile methodology and real experience
